Community Member Form

If you are an adult adoptee or have aged out of the foster care system and would like to become a Community Member of AOET, we ask that you complete this form in order for us to uphold the best interest of every group member. Rest assured that you are not alone in this lifelong journey. We host monthly Adoptee Meet & Greet events for members where we provide resources, hear from guest speakers, offer support, and connect through our journeys. While our monthly Adoptee Meet & Greet events are for AOET Members only, additional events will be held throughout the year that will be inclusive to our Community Supporters as well. We desire to do life together while providing awareness of the need for lifelong adoptee support in East Texas. Please take a few minutes to let us know about you, what you hope to gain from this group, and your informed consent.
